Adolf Hilter was going to be most likely captured and put on trial almost sure to be found guilty. \n
\nWhat's new about marijuana today?
\n
\nA lot. But quite a bit has stayed the same.
\n
\nBecause even though people have been using the marijuana (or hemp) plant, Cannabis sativa, in medicine and manufacturing for at least 5,000 years, it's better known for its recreational drug uses. Nothing new about that.
\n
\nNot much new in another fact, either: Pot is still the most-used illegal drug in America. More than 97.5 million Americans have tried it, according to a 2005 national survey, and some 14.6 million smoke it regularly.
\n
\nWhat they keep coming back to is a swirl of sensation and fog of intoxication that the drug sets in motion.
\n
\nWhen it's smoked or eaten, marijuana triggers a mild euphoria and increased sensitivity to bodily sensations, along with a range of other perceptual distortions that are usually experienced as pleasant -- but not always, and not by all users.
\n
\nEffects usually peak within an hour or two and fade altogether in 3-4 hours. After-effects can include a slight hangover and impaired concentration.
\n
\n
\nI am kinda torn on the topic because I think that people should be able to do whatever we want with our bodies, but I think that if something has a chance of hurting someone, it should not be allowed. Marijuana is both of those two, so I suppose I'll stay neutral.
\n
\nI think that if we were to legalized marijuana, it would first no start a chain of reactions to legalize other drugs, because people who are on other drugs might get really mad. Most likely, they definetly will.
\n
\nI also think that there should be an age limit, (21), for marijuana. I say 21 because thats the legal drinking age. Also, it has around the same effect as being drunk does. Another reason I say 21 is because that's when people finish college, and it makes you lose focus, and it wouldn't be the smartest thing to take before final exams. Twenty one is also a good age because you are more responsible then when you were a teenager.
\n
\nDriving with marijuana in you is not smart, and causes danger to people around you. I think you should not be able to drive until at least four hours from when you last smoked it. That is about how long the effects last, according to the website above.
\n
\nMarajuana could be legalized, but it must be regulated a lot more then alcohol and smoking is. It's not as bad as the more addictive drugs, like heroine and cocaine. Also, alcohol is more addictive then marijuana, and that's allowed. With stricter regulations on it, I don't see why it can't be allowed...","dateCreated":"1231369764","smartDate":"Jan 7, 2009","userCreated":{"username":"8AllyS2009","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/8AllyS2009","imageUrl":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/pic\/1224639365\/8AllyS2009-lg.jpg"}},{"id":"10002194","body":""But, honestly, tell me what benefits you think people will get out of it becoming legalized, and attempt to show me that they cancel out all the negatives."
